1. Who we are
This Policy applies to Enframe Consulting Limited (“Enframe”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales (12900089).
Registered office: 118 Branksome Road, London, SW2 5JA, United Kingdom.
Email: hello at enframeconsulting dot co dot uk.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information fairly, transparently, and responsibly.
2. Working together to make the built environment safer, smarter, and better for everyone.
At Enframe, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
We partner with people and organisations who share our belief that the built environment should be safe, ethical, and designed with care.
This Code sets out the principles that matter most to us.
It’s not about box-ticking.
It’s about making sure we’re aligned — in values, in behaviour, and in ambition.
If this reflects how you already work, then we’re in good company — and ready to achieve great things together.
3. Integrity, always
Integrity is the foundation of our work.
We expect accountability, honesty, and transparency in every interaction.
That means:
no bribery, corruption, or undeclared influence
decisions made fairly, openly, and responsibly
no conflicts of interest without disclosure
adherence to the Bribery Act 2010 as a minimum standard
If you’re ever unsure what “doing the right thing” means in practice, talk to us. We value clarity over assumption.
4. Respect in every interaction
Everyone deserves dignity, civility, and fairness.
We expect all partners to ensure:
no bullying, harassment, or discrimination
inclusive and safe working environments
constructive, respectful communication
a culture where people feel able to speak up
If something feels off, say so. We’ll listen.
5. Human right & modern slavery
Modern slavery has no place in the built environment. We expect partners to:
uphold internationally recognised human rights
ensure no forced, bonded, coerced, or unpaid labour
prohibit child labour
allow freedom of movement and association
ensure workers’ rights to fair pay and safe conditions
ban worker-paid recruitment fees
If you need guidance strengthening your supply chain, we’re here to help.
6. Diversity, inclusion & fairness
We believe the profession, and the industry, should reflect the society it serves.
Partners should:
be equal-opportunities employers
actively challenge bias
promote diversity at all levels
create environments where everyone is valued and heard
We’re all learning — and we welcome partners who share that commitment.
7. Caring for the planet
We want to work with organisations who take environmental responsibility seriously.
We expect partners to:
comply with environmental regulations
reduce carbon emissions where possible
minimise waste, pollution, and resource use
design and operate with long-term sustainability in mind
Tell us how you’re making a difference. We want to learn from our partners too.
8. Protecting information & confidentiality
Trust is earned through care and competence.
Partners must:
protect confidential and commercially sensitive information
safeguard personal data in line with UK GDPR
maintain secure digital systems
prevent unauthorised access or disclosure
notify us promptly if any security risk or breach is identified
We treat information security seriously — and expect partners to do the same.
9. Safety first - always
As an organisation rooted in building safety, we expect partners to:
follow relevant legislation in all jurisdictions
prioritise public safety and compliance
maintain appropriate competence and training
speak up if they see unsafe practice
foster a culture of learning, not blame
Safety is not optional — it’s fundamental.
10. Legal & ethical compliance
Partners must comply with:
all applicable laws and regulations
labour and employment legislation
product and building safety rules
internationally recognised ethical standards
Where this Code goes further than local law, we ask you to meet the higher standard
11. Raising concerns (for both sides)
If anyone working with Enframe is concerned about behaviour that breaches this Code:
Tell us. We will take it seriously.
We will never punish someone for raising concerns.
We may ask partners to demonstrate compliance if issues arise.
Likewise:
If you ever see anything in our behaviour that doesn’t feel right, please tell us immediately.
12. Partnership, not paperwork
This Code is about alignment, not bureaucracy.
It helps ensure we work with partners who:
share our values
deliver to high standards
care about people and the planet
uphold the principles that matter to a safer, better built environment
If this sounds like you, then we’re on the same page — and we look forward to working together.
